Supply chain video: Supply chain recruiting at Domino's Pizza

The following video is very cool and I found it recently. It's about the recruiting process for supply chain positions in Domino's Pizza.



The video features many interesting things such as Pizza Prep School: At their Ann Arbor, Michigan headquarters, Domino's Pizza employees must enroll in Pizza Prep School. The program, which was implemented by the CEO, helps everyone see the bigger picture. Pizza Prep School is a one-week class that explains how the dough is made, how ingredients are processed, and how pizzas are made. All employees must pass the course, which includes both a written and oral exam, as well as making a large pepperoni pizza in sixty seconds.
