Larry Lapide was one of my lecturers in the time I was a student. Combining his long years of experience in Accenture and AMR with the theory, his lectures were always interesting.

I recently came up across a video from him where he talks about the future of supply chain; this is the first part of what he believes a supply chain should have in order to be best practice 10 years from now.
