Sometimes back in 2008, Tepper School of Business hosted a summit dedicated to the area of supply chain management. Dr. Sunder Kekre, professor of supply chain management has made a nice summary of the key points mentioned in the summit in the below video:
Giving various examples from companies like ABB, Whirlpool and Toyota, he highlights some of the fundamental challenges of the businesses today in the field. The video is a bit long (around 35 minutes) but it includes really interesting stories....
