Here you can find the second part of the video where Raimund Diederichs (Director, McKinsey&Company) talks about supply chain in China.
In this part, he talks about the logistics future of the suppliers in China especially in Auto sector and sees that in the future, more work in the Warehouse Management and overall logistics activities will be outsourced to Chinese companies. This means more opportunities for growth but also requires developing knowledge capabilities in SCM area.
