Supply chain video: Managing your China supply chain (1)

It´s common knowledge that these days China is one of the supply chain managers´concerns from different standpoints: security, language, IP (Intellectual Property), and so on. Therefore I was looking for some material which presents, in a short and concise way, some solutions for common supply chain problems related to China. Finally I found a video that looks at common pitfalls and best practices used in building a secure China supply chain.



Mike Bellamy from PassageMaker offers practical and inexpensive strategies to utilize during both the supplier identification and production phases. A case study is also be presented.
