Supply chain video: Logistics Industry in Hong Kong

Filed in archive Supply chain video by ehsan on November 28, 2007

The video in this post is part of a T.V. report which talks about the current stage of the logistics industry in Hong Kong and its challenges. Right Now, as it is mentioned in the video as well, HK is living out of the inefficiency of China. But as the Mainland is investing heavily on the infrastructure, the competition is becoming a challenge.

One solution for this is to become a service provider instead of being just a simple warehouser: A nice example in the video is a logistics companylinks to deliver cooked rice for an extra cost to a fast food chain.

Overall it's a nice video and I am sure you will like it.
