Supply chain video: Logistics for Formula 1

I think managing logistics processes in formula 1 races would be one of the most interesting (and at the same time challenging) supply chain related tasks because of the attractiveness of the project itself and also the uncertainty which is involved with it.



I found this video about the logistics management for TOYOTA Formula 1 team. It's a cool video and it shows how they manage availability of spare parts for the cars, how they move stuff and how these 90 race team members collaborate with each other to make an agile supply organization for different races.
