Supply chain video: Interview with president of Wal Mart India

Wal-Mart, found itself in a curious situation in India when entering the country. Barred by government restrictions, it couldn't directly operate as a retailer. As a result, the company's strategy has been to develop what Raj Jain, Wal-Mart India's president, calls a business-to-business wholesale cash-and-carry operation.



In an interview with Wharton School of Management, Jain spoke about Wal-Mart's operations and strategy in India. I have brought the video in this post and I hope you enjoy it.
