Supply chain video: GM's director of supply chain and IT discusses Globalization

Globalization has certainly had a great impact on Fortune 500 companies. In the video I have brought in this post, General Motor's Director of Supply Chain & IT Operations, Mark Hillman, shares his viewpoints on companies adapting to Globalization.

He believes that one of the areas which have been under the influence of globalization is partnership with suppliers. Collaboration with engineering is also another area he mentions and at last he highlights some of the aspects of the management model they use for supply chain in GM. Hope you like it!
