Supply chain video: Elements of supply chain strategy

Richard Wilding, Professor of Cranfield School of Management, recently did an interview with Manufacturing & Logistics IT Magazine and talked about the elements of supply chain strategy. I have brought this video below for you.



In the video he mentions that there are four main elements in a supply chain strategy: Process design, network design, information systems and organization around processes. He also talks about how supply chain supports the marketing function and how marketing mix and supply chain requirements are different from market to market. Hope you enjoy it.
