Supply chain video: Building the resilient supply chain

The term Resilient has become really popular these days and refers to companies which are good at dealing with challenges of disruption in their supply chains. Yossi Sheffi of MIT also wrote a book with the title "Resilient Enterprise" making the term even more like a buzz word. Anyway, Clive Geldard, vice-president of Solving International presented a keynote address at the 2006 Softworld event had an interview.
