Supply chain video: Alcohol supply chain from inside

DC Velocity, the magazine mainly dedicated to logistics issues and distribution, has prepared a video case study of a company called Southern Wine & Spirits. Even though the video has a bit of a commercial, it's worth taking a look at how the nation's largest wine and liquor distributor is moving to voice for its Split-case bottle picking to increase speed, accuracy and flexibility, while improving its allocation of labor.
