Smart Software becomes SCM best practice company for the third year

Niche SCM company, Smart Software, which is a provider of demand forecasting, planning, and inventory optimization solutions, announced recently that two supply chain industry publications,Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Inbound Logistics,have chosen the company to be on their "Top 100" lists for the third year in a row.
According to Press Release Point, The listings recognize Smart Software as a leader in its industry domain, and highlight the company's strengths in technical innovation and the ability to meet customers' needs.
For the third year,Supply & Demand Chain Executivemagazine chose Smart Software for its sixth-annual "Supply & Demand Chain Executive 100" in its June/July 2007 issue. The judging committee looked for solutions that "assist in the transformation of a diverse mix of the functions that make up the supply chain." The companies chosen represent leading providers of supply chain solutions that have been instrumental in helping their customers meet the challenges of today's marketplace.
Also in the April 2007 issue of Inbound Logistics Magazine, Smart Software was chosen for the third time, from more than 500 companies, as a "Top 100 Logistics IT Provider". The "Top 100" are listed on the Inbound Logistics website as part of its LIT Decision Support Tool, where readers can enter their logistics IT requirements and see which solution providers are best suited to their needs.
