Savi becomes a best practice company in supply chain services

Savi, a lockheed martin company and provider of wireless-based supply chain solutions, has been included on M2M magazine's 2008 list of the top 100 companies in the machine-to-machine technology industry according to CNN. Savi is one of 38 companies that have appeared on the list every year since the list was first published in 2004.

According to M2M magazine, "The 2008 M2M 100 is a list of the most important and influential machine-to-machine technology providers as determined by the editors of M2M magazine and its editorial advisory board. It is designed to provide a snapshot of the market as it exists today and the companies with the greatest impact on its direction." The M2M 100 is published annually and can be viewed at www.m2mmag.com.

Founded in 1989, Savi Technology has its headquarters in Mountain View, Calif., and offices in Johannesburg, London, Melbourne, Singapore and Washington D.C.
