RubberNetwork to Offer Supply Chain Services to Tire Industry

U.S.-based RubberNetwork and Brazil-based Webb Negocios have entered into a joint venture - RubberNetwork-Webb - that will provide supply chain services to the tire and rubber industry, Tire Review reported.

RubberNetwork is a global consortium made up of tiremakers and other companies in the tire and rubber industry. Webb Negocios is a consulting and outsourcing company.

Services to be offered include strategic sourcing, supplier performance and improvement, supplier connectivity, e-sourcing and logistics.

RubberNetwork-Webb will initially serve North America and Europe but is expected to expand to cover latin america and Asia, as well.
