Patni Tops Supply Chain Customer Satisfaction

IT services provider According to SDA India, Patni Computer Systems Ltd. has received the highest customer satisfaction rating among Indian offshore supply chain solution providers, in a recent Forrester survey.

According to the survey conducted by Forrester on 167 supply chain decision makers in North America, 64% of survey respondents recommended Patni to others. The survey examined their satisfaction with supply chain software and services, as well as their plans for additional investments. Patni scored the highest customer satisfaction among Indian offshore providers covered in the survey.
