Ozburn-Hessey Logistics 2006 Outstanding Economic Development award

Ozburn-Hessey Logistics (OH Logistics) was honored recently by the Hendricks County, IN Economic Development Partnership with the 2006 Outstanding Economic Development award. This annual award is presented to companies that demonstrate continued investment in the community and provide jobs for local residents.
During the ceremony, Dennis Dawes, Board President of the Hendricks County Economic Development Council, listed OH Logistics' employing over 300 residents, community involvement including support of Jobs for Life⢠and being the largest leaseholder in the county among the reasons for the honor. OH Logistics operates nearly 4 million square feet of value-added distribution space in Hendricks County, and operates over 21 million square feet throughout the US.
"We are extremely proud of this honor," commented Bob Spieth, President of Contract Logistics for OH Logistics. "We are involved in many civic efforts in the communities in which we operate and take pride in our corporate and our individual associate efforts to make the places we work better places to live."
Nathan Sanders, Regional Vice President, OH Logistics, accepted the award on behalf of the company.
