Nice video on xbox 360 supply chain

I found this interesting clip about the Microsoft's xbox 360. In this short, four minute, clip, xbox management team explain their challenges regarding collaboration with suppliers in xbox 360 project.

The clip, even though is a promotional one, contains a lot of information on different business solutions of Microsoft such as Biz Talk. The xbox team, as they claim, effectively used this set of solutions to increase visibility in the supply chain. You can see the video here.
