An interesting event: Industry Week and IBM will present the results of their study about top-performing value chains on april 19.
This study, undertaken by IBM Business Consulting Services in conjunction with IndustryWeek magazine, identifies current practices, captures significant trends and establishes operational performance benchmarks in several key areas of supply chain management: New Product Development, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Fulfillment.
