According to this survey, 41% say they rely on their ERP vendors for supply chain solutions. And 43% rely on their best-of-breed vendors. For unique supply chain challenges companies look to custom-built applications.

For more than 50% of the firms surveyed, Web based portals were the preferred method of tools for visibility and collaboration.
