The Digital Entertainment Group partner with Martin Porter & Associates in the Launch of Event to Build Efficiencies and Collaboration in the Delivery of Video, Audio and interactive Entertainment, Business Wire reported.

The First Annual Entertainment Supply Chain Academy (ESCA) -- an event designed to foster efficiencies and collaboration in the delivery of video, audio, and interactive entertainment -- has been announced for June 20-21, 2006 at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles. The first in a series of international Academy events is being co-produced by the MEDIA-TECH Association and Martin Porter & Associates in cooperation with DEG: The Digital Entertainment Group.

The two-day program has been designed to educate senior management about the changing dynamics and technologies in the entertainment supply chain for recorded media and will be the first of its kind event to educate content holders, supply chain professionals and retailers about new opportunities in the delivery of current and future entertainment formats.
