Manhattan Associates has arranged a web seminar for November 23, 2005 with this title: "Service After the Sale- Managing Holiday Returns".
This web seminar will explore the use of Web-based reverse logistics technology to enable streamlined operations in support of customer service after sales programs. Whether warranty based repair and replace or asset recovery, many industries struggle with the complexity and manually intensive tracking processes required to manage their reverse supply chain.
