LeanLogistics develops new Logistics Capabilities

LeanLogistics, a division of CHEP and the provider of Web Transportation Management
Systems (TMS), announced the company will increase customer value through accelerated, continuous Technology development and deployment of new capabilities and services.
According to Earth Times, Kevin Shuba, president, CHEP Americas, said LeanLogistics is continuing to develop its next-generation products and services to capitalize on the company's expanded network capabilities and technology. Future development
plans at LeanLogistics include the launch of new and unique transportation related services and the development of network portals that provide services, opportunities, and benefits to all network partners. The first portal will
focus on carriers. Industry experts say the approach LeanLogistics is taking in leveraging its relationship with CHEP to build out solutions will have a positive impact for all users of the company's technology. These new solutions will deliver benefits for CHEP and their customers, as well as carriers and others in the supply chain.
