Interface dependability in ERP and SRM implementation
It's already been widely mentioned in articles and text books that probably the most important factor in ERP and SRM adoption is to cope with human element.

This fits into the category of change management but another factor which seems to be as much important as the first one is to cope with human element in supplier companies. The company should also try to bring all the supply chain partners on board by helping them communicate with the company using inexpensive web-based IT and communication systems, which will greatly enhance the performance of the supply chain.

There are some notes that should be considered here:

- The system must be user-friendly enough, at least in interfaces with suppliers to cut training costs.

- The system must be inexpensive enough to convince other parties to acquire it.

There must exist high possibility of engaging a third party logistics provider who can adapt such system.

All these are not achievable at the same time so companies must go for an optimum level of each factor.
