Exhibiting at this year's Smart Supply Chain Technology Show in Sydney from June 20 to 21, Infoactiv Group will be highlighting its three business divisions; loginet, logistics solutions and consulting as well as current initiatives Infoactiv is managing including; the launch event by Apple Computer of a new sustainable eWaste management program throughout Australia.

This community initiative is in an effort to reduce the amount of computer products and eWaste ending up in landfill and will commence with public events in July 2007, held in collaboration with local council sites and consumer retail outlets.

According to Ferret, consumers will be offered the opportunity to dispose of any unwanted computer equipment, peripherals, accessories old mobile phones and printer consumables, for environmentally friendly recycling in Australia.

Leveraging from Infoactiv centralised Multi-party (MPL) supply chain model, this initiative offers a complete solution for customers to upgrade, re-use, recycle or trade in products via one system, one process and one interface.
