IEC Assigns New Vice President for Supply Chain Management

IEC Electronics announced that Stephanie Martin has joined the Company as Vice President, Supply Chain. Ms. Martin brings 16 years of Supply Chain management experience in the contract electronics manufacturing industry to IEC.

"Stephanie brings a wealth of experience and proven results to the company and we look forward to her contribution as we continue to add critical resources for our next level of growth. With over 11 years in the industry, we believe that Stephanie will be instrumental in further strengthening our Supply Chain program. Supply Chain management includes purchasing, replenishment, forecasting, logistics, distribution and inventory management. electronic components represent between 60 and 65 cents of every sales dollar. This is a critical area for the Company, and to have a person of this caliber working with our Supply Chain partners is most important."
According to Business Wire, prior to joining IEC, Martin worked at Kimball Electronics Group, formally Reptron Electronics Inc., Tampa Florida, as Vice President of Materials. Prior to that she worked as Vice President of Supply Chain management for Sparton Corportation, Brooksville Florida.
