ID World boasts smart supply chain forum

After successful runs in Paris and Barcelona, the 2005 ID WORLD International Congress re-opens its doors in November (2nd to 4th) in Rome. This year the conference will house the Smart Supply Chain Forum, in tandem with the Electronic Passport Forum. The event will look at issues related to the introduction of RFID technology and advanced identification and data collection technologies in the areas of manufacturing, distribution and retail. Also, a Smart Supply Chain Village will showcase smart chips and electronic tags, state-of-the-art reader and data collection technology, middleware and application software.
