After rising losses in its North American part of its operations, Deutsche Post's newly assigned CEO has started a number of changes in this logistics company to make a turnaround.

One of the major changes that the company is going to make in its operation is the decision to focus on the UPS Aviation component and outsource its air freight movement to its parcel competitor. In the time of high fuel cost, DHL has to be efficient more than ever to keep its market share.
