Coca Cola updates its JDA Supply Chain Pack

According to Business Wire, JDA Software Group, Inc. announced recently that Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated, the second largest Coke bottler in the U.S. with 6,000 employees and $1.4 billion in annual revenue, has upgraded its JDA Software supply chain management solutions to Version 7.4, including JDA Demand, JDA Fulfillment and JDA Transportation Planning, all powered by Manugistics. Coca-Cola Consolidated expects to further improve forecast accuracy, customer service levels, order fill rates and on-time deliveries with the support of JDA Software.
"We decided to upgrade our current solutions to leverage the unparalleled supply chain innovation, that the JDA solutions provide to continue to deliver industry leading results," said Brett Frankenberg, director of supply chain planning, Coca-Cola Consolidated.
"We hope to further improve our planning efficiency and productivity to set a stronger foundation for the continued growth and expansion of Coca-Cola Consolidated through use of this software solution," Frankenberg added.
Coca-Cola Consolidated also utilizes JDA Collaborate, JDA Freight Audit & Payment and JDA Shipment Execution, all powered by Manugistics.
