Broadlane announced today that Cirrus Health, based in Dallas, Texas, has selected Broadlane to provide an array of supply chain services under an exclusive agreement. Financial terms were not announced.

Under the agreement, Broadlane will provide Cirrus Health with its "high-powered" national supply chain services for consumable supplies and equipment, pharmaceuticals and purchased services and technology to help them manage their supply spend. Cirrus Health has 11 facilities located throughout California, louisiana and Texas.

"Of the GPOs we looked at, Broadlane has the best pricing portfolio and does not have mandatory compliance levels. This clearly sets them apart from the others." said M. Timothy Parris, chief executive officer, Cirrus Health.

"Cirrus Health is a growing company that had made effective management of their supply chain a strategic part of their growth strategy. We could not be more pleased to have them as a client," said Charles E. Saunders, M.D., Broadlane's chairman and chief executive officer.
