Filed in archive Partnerships on May 24, 2006
Pertinence has signed a partnership deal with Apriso to provide manufacturers with a fully integrated solution that enables them to monitor their supply chain, Computer Business Review reported.
The companies claim that by applying best-practice processes across the manufacturing operations enterprise with tools like Apriso's Global Process Manager and Pertinence Operations Advisor, manufacturers are now better able to adapt processes and workflows for optimized performance.
Frederic Halley, general manager at Pertinence, said: "Pertinence brings fact-based answers to analyze, understand and optimize these processes, while Apriso makes it possible to follow and apply rules of 'manufacturing excellence' throughout the supply chain."
Yves Vergnolle, vice president at Apriso, added: "FlexNet is a recognized operations execution solution, already deployed among numerous manufacturing sites globally. Combining FlexNet and Pertinence Suite enable us to bring a new and important value to the manufacturing industry. We are convinced that this tight integration can be a new asset for enhancing the success of our customers in Europe and North America."
