Ann Taylor appoints new supply chain chief

AnnTaylor Stores Corporation announced that Paula J. Zusi has been named Executive Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer, effective immediately.

According to Fibre2Fashion, Ms. Zusi, who brings more than 25 years of retail experience to the role, will lead all aspects of the Company's sourcing and logistics activities in support of its multi-brand business. She will report to President and CEO Kay Krill.

Commenting on the appointment, Ms. Krill stated, "Paula comes to us with an extensive sourcing background, and she fully understands the importance of having an innovative supply chain that consistently delivers high-quality product with speed and flexibility at great value and cost. I am confident that she will bring strategic thought leadership to this critical role."

Ms. Zusi added, "I am thrilled to be joining Ann Taylor, and I look forward to working with the team to strengthen the Company's supply chain and to contribute to the future growth and success of the Ann Taylor family of brands."

Prior to joining Ann Taylor, Ms. Zusi was with Liz Claiborne Inc for nine years, most recently as Corporate Vice President of Global Sourcing and Manufacturing since 2004, a role in which she managed the sourcing and manufacturing activities for all of the company's U.S.-based apparel brands.
